Complete Microsoft 365 Setup With AI Agents and Backup

Psychology Consultancy - Norfolk

The Challenge

The Psychology Consultancy has the requirement to store and use highly sensitive information. They were already utilising the Microsoft Office stack for the bulk of their internal processes but had no backup or disaster recovery solutions in place and wanted to utilise the full extent of their Microsoft licenses to improve their security as well as productivity.

Our Solution

We designed and executed a migration to Microsoft 365 Business Premium as well as setup secure SharePoint File Directories for their users. This enabled them to then utilise more productivity tools and also create their own AI Agents to help with report processes throguh the secure use of redacted documents when creating reports. We also setup an on premise backup solution that enabled them to store and recover documents from on premise, whilst also enabling them to continue to work in the event of an internet or Microsoft outage.

The Results

Staff saw a 30% reduction in the time to create and write reports utilising the productivity tools implemented. Security was also significantly improved and the business prepared for any external outages.

Creation of Website and WebApp

Martial Arts School - Norfolk

The Challenge

The growing Martial Arts School was struggling with managing attendance and student tracking at the school. With over 100 active members of the school they wanted a solution to help them to manage attendance and billing for the school. They also wanted to create a website to allow them to attract new students and share information.

Our Solution

We spent time with the client to fully understand their business processes and pains before designing a custom web app and database that provided them with the automated solutions they needed to run their school. The web app provided them with a portal to manage their students, but also automate reporting to help them streamline their processes. We also helped them to design and deploy a new website to promote the school.

The Results

The Schools new web app has streamline the student sign in process, making class cross over easier, but also freed up the school owners time to concentrate on class delivery rather than attendance montioring. They have also won several new customers through the website and contact form.

Home Office Setup and Networking

Home Office Worker - Norwich

The Challenge

A couple with 2 home offices were struggling with getting reliable internet to their offices in the house and garden office. They had previously tried wifi extenders and mesh networks, but were unable to get reliable wifi connection, particularly to the garden office.

Our Solution

We installed a Ethernet Network and additional Wireless Access Points to the house. We installed a Ethernet switch in the loft space and then ran ethernet cable to the offices and main lounge areas. We then facilitate ethernet connections to the desk areas, as well as additional wireless access points providing reliable internet connectivity throughout the property.

The Results

Both home workers not had reliable internet connectivity, not only to facilitate their work requirements but also their whole families leasure activities with reliable internet to the whole house and garden.
